Service Team came today and installed the new railing. It will take some getting used to...it looks ok, but I'm just not used to seeing a railing on the front of the house! I'm sure it will grow on me in time!!
And one project leads to the next one...the landscaping! :) Did you notice in the photos that the one Alberta Spruce is gone?

I actually like the railing, I think it looks good. And now Poppop can come in the front door instead of the garage. :-)
I noticed the missing tree right away...we'll have lots of landscaping to do now that the weather is getting warmer!
The railing looks awesome! Great choice :) I noticed the missing tree right away too...are you thinking of replacing it with another little tree, or something else?
We're not sure what we will replace the old tree with. Probably another Alberta Spruce, but we want to check out other possibilities first. We went to Chestnut Hill Nursery today, but they are just starting to put out their shrubbery, so we'll have to go back in a few weeks.
